Grievance Redressal Cell of Indian Institute of Information Technology Senapati, Manipur is committed to provide a safe, fair and harmonious teaching, learning and working environment.
A Grievance is any communication that expresses dissatisfaction about a course of action or lack thereof, about the quality of services provided by an institution, and that requests redress.
Admission, attendance, discipline, fee-related matters, the evaluation process, adherence to standards and norms, breaking of rules, discrimination, harassment, behaviour of its member, and other academic and non-academic issues are all examples of grievances.
Member with grievance(s) may approach the Grievance Redressal Cell members in person or grievances may be dropped in writing at the Complaint/Suggestion box.
Member may also represent their grievances through student representatives or via email at email@example.com.
Member may write to firstname.lastname@example.org, if the grievances
are not addressed by the committee within two days.
To ensure a fair, impartial and consistent mechanism for redressal of varied issues faced by the students.
To uphold the dignity of the Institute by promoting cordial Student-Student relationship, Student-teacher relationship.
To develop a responsive and accountable attitude among the students, thereby maintaining a harmonious atmosphere in the Institute.
To ensure that grievances are resolved promptly, objectively and with sensitivity and in complete confidentiality.
